Not another website full of workouts. A system you follow, learn from, and eventually turn into your lifestyle. The 60 days are the classroom. The lifestyle is the graduation.
Years of Coach Koffi’s own training, cleaned up and organized — not a generic database of exercises. The personality stays: workouts that sound like him, not “Lower Body Hypertrophy Workout #4.”
Something that gets your mind and body ready to work. Matched to the workout and adjusted by training level.
You earn your way out. Pick one based on available time, ability, and equipment. + Add an exit ticket: swap in any finisher that fits your day — the rule is you finish with intent, not that you pick from a list.
A legitimate part of the system. If we’re going to demand a lot from the machine, we maintain it. Maintain the machine.
Every movement in Coach Koffi’s system, with coaching cues and form notes. Tap any exercise for the full breakdown — including an easier swap if you can’t do it yet.
Sometimes you don’t need a complicated program. You need a target. You need accountability. And you need to experience saying: “I said I was going to finish this — and I finished it.”
Every fourth day is a mandatory rest day. The number is a daily total — it does not have to be consecutive. 200 push-ups can be 50 in the morning, 50 at lunch, 50 after work, 50 at night. It doesn’t matter how you get there. Hit your number by the end of the day.
Every rep leaves evidence. Earn XP for the work you log, climb ranks by showing up, and collect badges for the moments that matter. Nothing here is given — it’s all earned, one day at a time.
PICK YOUR LANE. OWN YOUR LANE.
One lane, 60 days. Pick it below — your meal planner filters itself to match.
Champions are made on Sunday. Ninety minutes now saves you five bad decisions a day all week.
Your grocery list lives inside the planner above — this jumps you straight to it.
The Coach Koffi 60-Day Reset is primarily for what Coach Koffi calls the Rebounder — the person who knows they have more in them.
Got away from training. Still remembers what it felt like to be dangerous — and wants it back.
Got married, had kids, got comfortable, gained weight. Ready to set a different example.
Had children and wants to regain her strength, confidence, and fitness.
Used to work out, but life and career took over. Now the comeback starts.
Simply needs a reset and wants to prove to themselves that they can change.
Knows they can work hard but needs something to get that edge back.
Three tracks — BUILD, FIT, ADVANCED — meet beginners, experienced athletes, and older adults where they are. But first, it speaks to you — the one making the comeback.
“Where am I, and where am I going?” Establish the baseline: weight, measurements, progress pictures, push-up and pulling ability, strength benchmarks, cardio, mobility — and most importantly, your WHY. Then everybody chooses their own Hard Thing.
Now we work. Progressively increase strength, volume, conditioning, work capacity, core strength, and mobility. You start seeing evidence that something is changing — and you start keeping promises to yourself.
Training progresses. The Hard Thing reaches its final stage. Then we retest everything we measured on Day 1 — and answer the real question: who walked into Day 1, and who is standing here on Day 60?
Not a mystery — a map. This is what the next 60 days look like.
Weight, measurements, progress pictures, push-up and pull-up max, mile time, mobility — and your WHY. Then you pick your Hard Thing. Where am I, and where am I going?
Entry ticket → the work → exit ticket → recover. Every training day. You learn the formula and start keeping promises to yourself.
Phase 1 in the books. The foundation is poured — now we build on it.
Progressive overload. More strength, more volume, more capacity. You start seeing evidence that something is changing.
Halfway. Weight, measurements, photos, reflection — and your WHY resurfaces. Look how far the Day 1 version of you has come.
Now we find out. This is what the last 42 days were for.
Training progresses. The Hard Thing reaches its final stage. Then the retest.
Retest everything. Day 1 vs. Day 60, side by side. Who walked in — and who is standing here now? The 60 days are the classroom. The lifestyle is the graduation.
For someone returning to fitness, a busy schedule, or a more manageable starting point. Three days is enough — but we’re working during those three days. Mon / Wed / Fri.
The sweet spot for most people. Strength, conditioning, recovery, and lifestyle balance. Mon / Tue / Thu / Sat.
For experienced or highly motivated participants who want to push harder. Five legitimate training days with active recovery built around them. Mon / Tue / Wed / Fri / Sat.
Same philosophy. Different starting points. Nobody needs to compare themselves with somebody in another level. You vs. You.
Every training day follows the formula. You earn your way in, you do the work, you earn your way out, then you maintain the machine so you can do it again.
Give somebody a fish and they’ll eat for a day. Teach them how to fish and they’ll eat for a lifetime. That’s what this program is. “Coach Koffi taught me how to train. He taught me how to challenge myself. He taught me how to structure my nutrition. He taught me how to set a goal and finish it. Now I know how to keep doing this without needing somebody to hold my hand forever.” The 60 days are the classroom. The lifestyle is the graduation.
Real people. Former athletes. Working fathers. Mothers getting back into fitness. People who’ve gained weight. Busy professionals. They go through the program, we learn — what did they love, what did they hate, where did they quit, what kept them coming back — then we fix the problems, improve the programming, collect real transformations and testimonials. Then scale.
Build → test → learn → improve → scale. We’d rather have 30 people who actually complete this and love it than 500 people sign up for something we haven’t proven yet.
Fitness starts with accountability. Everybody has circumstances. Everybody has responsibilities. Everybody has bad days. Things are going to happen that you can’t control. But you can control what you do next.
Real strength, maintained and developed. The fundamentals matter: Push. Pull. Squat. Hinge. Press. Carry. This isn’t about just becoming smaller — it’s about becoming more capable.
This is a major part of how Coach Koffi trains. He doesn’t want to be somebody who can bench 315 but can’t run around with his kids.
Your body is an incredible machine. It can adapt to almost anything you consistently train it to do. But if we’re going to demand a lot from the machine, we also have to maintain it — something Coach Koffi appreciates more now than when he was younger.
There’s value in intentionally doing something difficult. Something that makes you uncomfortable. Something that forces you to discover another level.
We’re not trying to get 1,000 members on day one. We’re starting with approximately 25–40 founding members — real people in the middle of their comeback — and earning the right to scale.
30 people who finish beat 500 who sign up — that’s the founding cohort. Tell us who you are. Your application saves right here, and Koffi reviews every one himself when founding spots open.
Application saved. Here’s what happens next:
That’s what we’re building. YOU VS. YOU.
Everything else, one tap away.
